1.    The unit is new or used piece of farm equipment manufactured in a foreign country.

2.    The buyer and any other future person of this machine is accepting all responsibility, liabliity and mishap since this machine is manufactured in a foreign country.

3.    Ag Products LLC. personnel has instructed me on all safety and maintenance requirements.

4.    You, the Buyer, assume absolute and sole responsibility for the use and operation of the unit and all consequences thereof. THIS UNIT IS NOT A TOY.  It should not be operated by anyone who in the sole opinion of the Buyer lacks sufficient age, maturity, and experience to do so in a safe and prudent manner.

5.    The unit is being used for farm use and is non taxable. I hereby certify that the products purchased as shown on this page or form will be used or consumed for the purposes exempt from sales or use tax by the stature I swear or affirm that the information on this form or page is true and correct as to every material matter.

6.    $25.00 fee on all returned checks. The product does not ship until the check, money order, or cashiers check clears at the bank.

7.         25% restocking fee on all returned tillers or other parts. Freight is not included.
